Heart attacks have several major warning signs and symptoms:

Chest pain or discomfort.

Upper body pain or discomfort in the arms, back, neck, jaw, or upper stomach.

Shortness of breath.

Nausea, lightheadedness, or cold sweats.

It's time to work out and help raise money for the American Heart Association, in a 1980's themed blast of exercise - for all levels - at Retro Fitness Fairfield.Whatever your age, this is the perfect time to get moving, in honor of February which is National Heart Month.

This fun daytime event will offer numerous types of classes including a group warm up, Zumba, core training,and much more.

This event is behind held in honor of a member who passed away from heart disease.

Even if heart disease does not run in your family, you may be a candidate for a heart attack. Working out is a wonderful way to keep your most important muscle, your h heart, healthy.
